Gulliver's Corn


Gulliver’s Corn

2 10-oz. packages frozen corn

2 cups half-and-half

1 tsp. salt

6 T. sugar

2 T. flour

2 T. melted butter

½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

Combine frozen corn, half-and-half, salt, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine melted butter and flour. Add to corn mixture. Stir and simmer five minutes until sauce is thickened. Add parmesan cheese. Stir to melt. Add pepper to taste and more salt if needed.
