 Salsa Fresca

4 to 5 tomatoes

1 to 2 Anaheim peppers

1 large white onion

Zest and juice of 2 lines

1 bunch cilantro

Salt to taste

Garlic powder

 

Finely chop vegetables and cilantro. Add zest and juice. Season with salt and garlic to taste. Refrigerate.
